Offer applies to US and Canada residents only, excludes corporate meeting and incentive groups and only applies to social groups (weddings, family reunions, friends, families, social, military, educational and fraternal). Private events or functions such as ceremonies, cocktails parties, dinners or meetings are not complimentary under this program. Private events space, food & beverage and decorations are available at an additional charge per person and may be reserved through each Hotel Group Department. All or part of the program can be changed or withdrawn at any time. Complimentary rooms based on double occupancy and available in the lowest room category booked by group. Upgrades subject to availability to the next higher room category excluding specialty categories (Swim-ups, 1 Bedroom Suites and Presidential Suites). 

This offer is redeemable only if i) all group bookings are made through a certified Travel Agent; ii) all group bookings are made through a certified Tour Operator; ii) all group bookings are made through www.playaresorts.com, or any other proprietary website owned and operated by Playa Hotels & Resorts.This offer is not valid for group bookings made on online booking portals, otherwise known as “OTA´s” (Online Travel Agencies). Upon booking, please submit a final Rooming List that includes names, travel dates, and room categories of all group members to togroups@playaresorts.com. Upon receipt, the information will be assessed so as to determine if the group concession qualifies.   

Maximum 30 rooms. Requests for larger groups will be evaluated on a case by case basis. No shows on date of arrival will be charged full applicable room rate. Payment terms travel dates within 0 – 45 days payment due in full with reservation, program registration and rooming list, 46 +$100 per room due within 7 days of quote with signed registration to maintain pricing and secure room commitment. Maximum rooms at time of contract is 30 for all properties. Off peak dates: April 16-December 20 qualify for 5 paid rooms to get one free at The Hilton Playa del Carmen and Panama Jack Resorts. Sanctuary Cap Cana requires 20 paid rooms to get one free. Shoulder peak dates: Jan 4 -April 15. Must have 15 paid rooms to get one free at The Hilton Playa del Carmen and Panama Jack Resorts and must have 20 paid rooms to get one free at Sanctuary Cap Cana. Dates within these parameters are subject to availability and the offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Blackout dates: Christmas and New Year’s Week (December 21 – January 3), third week of February (Presidents Day Week), Easter Week (one week +/- Easter Sunday).
